A fast-growing, nationally recognized company is hiring for a Territory Manager role. In this position, you will sell specialized business services to medical facilities, any type of office, and private schools.
In this role, you will be responsible for hunting net new business and expanding the customer base. While this role is hunting-focused, 60% of your leads will come from the inside sales team. The remaining leads will be self-sourced as you identify and engage decision-makers. This is a high-activity (average daily touches of 40), full sales cycle, field-hunting role.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2.5 years of b2b, net new sales, hunting experience and live within the Austin market.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $65K - $75K with overall earnings at $85K - $120K (uncapped).
- Car reimbursement (mileage tracked via Motus): typically $400 - $500/month.

- Top performers in Year 2 are earning $180K+.
The Right Background:
- 3-6 years of B2B, high activity hunting sales experience. (We will look at top-performing inside, SDR, and BDR’s who are ready for a full sales cycle role).
- Strong track record of success and high activity levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- Examples of great industries to come from: uniforms, payroll, landscape services, elevator services, or HVAC service maintenance.
